This value is created in factories, which drive industrialisation, in infrastructure that brings territories closer together, and in ports that connect them to the world and global markets. All of these elements help mobilise capital, particularly private investment, and foster the emergence of leading economic players.

By establishing the necessary framework of trust, long-term investment can become a reality, while local skills and expertise can be developed and recognised on both sides of the Mediterranean.
