The process of Foreign policy formulation is a highly loaded concept. It is greatly influenced by domestic environment, the policies and workings of other states, the personality of leaders, plans to advance specific geopolitical designs etc. Bureaucratic politics, on the other hand is a significant force affecting the outcomes of governmental policy making processes since it deals with the interaction of individuals within the political structure and the political administrative organizations. In this essay, I try to answer the above stated question by grappling with these two related but ideologically diverse concepts by tying them together in a logical flow of thought."

This article concerns the extent to which corrupt behavior is dependent on the organizational power structure and the resources available for illegal exchange. This qualitative study is based on 42 in-depth interviews with organizational actors in different organizations in Hungary. Four core themes emerged from the analysis of the interviews: (a) isolated corruption at the bottom, (b) the middle level’s own corruption, (c) “technicization” when middle-level professionals and expert groups are used to legalize the corruption of the dominant coalition, and (d) “turning-off controls” when organizational elites intentionally deactivate internal and external controls to avoid detection.

Diese Unterschiede können zu einem Abbruch der Kommunikation führen. Er kann bereits bei der Kontaktanbahnung oder in einem fortgeschrittenen Stadium der Vertragsverhandlung oder der Geschäftsdurchführung eintreten. Das nachfolgende Kommunikationsmodell führt in die Struktur von Kommunikation ein und zeigt Gemeinsamkeiten und Unterschiede in der westlichen und der chinesischen Kommunikationsgestaltung.

Following the April, 2013 tragic Boston Marathon bombings by two United States Citizens of Russian origin, counter terrorism measures by both the United States and Russia in tracking the suspects showed lapses in the response of the counter terrorism task forces. The paper uses theoretical and practical inferences to provide a comparative analysis of terrorist operations in the United States and the Russian Federation. Whilst the theoretical aspect outlines a background of terror groups in the US and Russia and their operational strategies, the practical approach provides a comparative analysis of counter-terrorism measures in the US and Russia, terrorist techniques and implications on the joint US-Russia counter terrorism policy.
