""Numerous exploratory talks between the Honorary President of the TSW, Dipl.-Ing. Phys. Edmond Krecké, and leading political and economic decision-makers in Cuba, the U.S. and Europe were held at the end of 2011 and beginning of 2012. Interest has been confirmed in starting conversations, to improve diplomacy and international relations between the above named actors, and to reintegrate the Cuban people and State in the international community. Final goal of the talks is agreement on a process that leads into strengthening democratic, economic and individual situations in Cuba.

Revolutionary Cuba has been able to free itself from the shackles of the dictatorial Batista regime and to start rebuilding the country. Global economic cooperation and rapid technological progress in the industrialized countries inspire also in Cuba a new thinking in many areas. To not fall behind the international development, but rather to take a new leadership role as a partner in the regional and international context is the new target.

The TSW as a nonprofit, interdisciplinary, international forum for science and business places its latest analytical methods, most innovative technologies, combined with years of experience in consulting, engineering and the economic sector at the disposition of leading political and economic decision-makers and the Cuban people, with the objective:
- to identify all possibilities to bring short-term improvements in living standards, economy and finances;
- to carry out an innovative, responsible, equitable, sustainable and exemplary transition accompanied by an international recognition;
- to initiate a sustainable, social and modern market economy on behalf of the environment, people and the State."
This study was written by members of the TSW. This document was approved and signed by the following TSW members: Edmond Krecké, Dr. Johannes Gottlieb, Dr. Hans Georg Wieck, Dr. Domingo Guinea, D.H. Wellner, Dr. Karolin Eva Kappler, Andrés Ginestet. As it is published by Edmond Krecké in his following statement: IV PILOT-PROJEKT KUBA Der Weg zur sozialen Marktwirtschaft. Edmond D. Krecké und dem wissenschaftlichen Beirat, dem Friedensforscher Herrn Andres Ginestet und Frau Dr. Karolin Kappler erarbeitet. http://www.isomax-terrasol.eu/es/technologie.html" Dr. Karolin Kappler and Andrés Ginestet produced the document's structure and it was further refined and discussed within the TSW until it finally was sent out by the TSW."
