Background. The article presents the findings of the study on change process dynamics. It is assumed in the model that particular elements of organization help to form systems. These systems, like all others, are subject to certain regularities: they generate output signals based on the level and dynamics of input signals. Yet the system has static and dynamic characteristics i.e. the type of function transforming input into output is the most important feature of the system. Knowledge of the system’s characteristics and the course of input signals gives a possibility to try and determine the value of output signals. Knowledge of a specific system’s characteristics can enable not only the prediction of its behaviour but also the application of a regulatory system, so that the output parameters maintain certain properties established in advance, regardless of the state of inputs.
Research aims. The aim of the conducted research was to identify the dynamic parameters of objects which are subject to changes.
Method. Registering of the effects and reactions to the changes was performed for selected (single-person) work stations and groups of workers. It involved observation of the progress of normal organisation processes in a real socio-information-technical environment.
Key findings. As a result, an organization subsystem model was developed for the subsystem which is undergoing changes. Knowledge of the dynamic parameters may allow for better change processes' control and thus for higher efficiency. The Author proposes an application of a specific approach to realization of the process of changes implementation on the operational level of management, called DBMCI (Dynamic–Based Model of Changes Implementation).

The implementation of public management reform may entail radical change for public sector organizations, as it implies changes in the values of the organization. Although such organizational changes are widespread and prevalent in the public sector, the processes through which such changes take place are largely overlooked in the public management literature. By means of an embedded, comparative case study, the authors analyse both planned and emergent processes of change. Their analysis indicates that changes come about through careful reinterpretation and reframing of organizational commitments, rather than replacement of the old by the new values. Moreover, there are important differences in the leadership activities in planned and emergent processes of organizational change. They highlight the need for an increased understanding of the role of leadership in emergent processes of change. In order to successfully change public organizations, they find that the approach to change and corresponding leadership activities should be congruent with the content of the desired organizational change. Managers must dare to go beyond talking the talk and start walking the walk.

Purpose.
Organizations are continuously under pressure to adapt to changing circumstances. Job proactivity and vitality are important in changing environments. For instance, vital employees can better deal with change because they possess more energy. However, it is still unclear how organizations can stimulate proactivity and vitality. This study connects HRM and change management by analyzing how HRM practices can stimulate job proactivity and vitality.
Design.
We used survey data collected in three large public healthcare organizations in the Netherlands (n = 1,507) to investigate the effects of five important HRM practices on proactivity and vitality. Analyses were performed using Structural Equation Modeling.
Findings.
Results suggest that three HRM practices are particularly effective for improving proactivity and vitality: 1) high autonomy, 2) high participation in decision-making, and 3) high quality teamwork. Based on these results, we discuss the possibilities of using HRM to improve employees’ abilities to deal with organizational change.
Originality.
This study is one of the first to empirically connect HRM to change management. Furthermore, it uses new concepts derived from positive psychology (job proactivity and vitality) to show how HRM can be beneficial for organizational change.

Savings of an unprecedented level are required in a sector which is critical for care and employment to a large proportion of the population of the UK. A survey was circulated to stakeholders within the sector to identify the variety / volume of initiatives, which methodologies were prevalent and known, whether they believed that improvements were being embedded and sustained within their organisations and what in their view needs to change. The outcomes from the research provide a compelling illustration of improvement initiatives in the NHS. The NHS needs a period of stability, to implement principles of operational excellence.

As executives are organizational leaders, in the following paper I explore leadership theories, traits and styles that have made successful leadership in executives, as well as those who have experienced failure.
Subsequently, I focus on Mexican Executive Leadership to analyze their strengths, opportunities, weakness and treats, to compare them with the skills found in the previous section, as foundation to build a transformational model, to develop leader’s abilities, which encourages success and prevent failure, in Mexican Executives accomplishments.

Change is a modus operandi which requires comprehensive, strategic preparation. It is an adverse event which leads to a state of uncertainty and apprehension. Organizational presence has an accompanying nascency that creates resistance to any change that has the capacity to impact the working conditions. The reasons of the failure in Change Management process are variable. The gap between the planned strategy and misapplication this strategy, the lack of the necessary tools to bridge that gap and the use of unpractical or complex change management models are some of the reasons of the unsuccessful change process. However, the most-ascendant failure comes from the resistance of the employees, and the employee is a powerful force in every workplace. Change is mostly an eldritch entity for employees. If an employee does not know how this change will affect his position in the company, he will feel uncomfortable and insecure that precisely applies to entire employees.
As global change forces organizations to change, many of them are subject to experience those resistance and failures. Ajax Minerals and Perrier are two companies that have experienced severe failures (Palmer et. al. 2009, pg180).
This assignment aims to underline how complexity emerges during a planned change initiative and how paradox affects the transformative process of Ajax Mineral and Perrier.
The study compares and discusses how management diagnosed and approached change at the two companies and investigates which company dealt with resistance to change in a more effective manner. The assignment also aims to propose strategies for adjustments in order to improve the effectiveness of the change strategy.
Please refer to the attached appendix in order to review detailed information about the incidents that Ajax Minerals and Perrier were faced.

Risk assessment, by itself, does nothing to reduce risk or improve safety. It can only change outcomes by informing the design and management of effective risk control interventions. But current practice in healthcare risk management suffers from an almost complete lack of support for risk control. This first installment of a 2-part series on rebalancing risk management describes a new framework to guide risk control practice: The Process for Active Risk Control.
