Develop a modular Flask backend for a cooking assistant, starting with an application factory, Blueprints, SQLAlchemy models, SQLite storage, and command-line utilities. Learn to evaluate and improve code produced with help from an AI coding assistant.

Create RESTful endpoints for recipe retrieval, pagination, search, ingredient filtering, random selection, and popularity rankings. Add serialization, error handling, database maintenance scripts, and review features.

Integrate language-model tools for recipe generation and extraction using reusable prompts and utilities. Complete the application with HTML parsing, ingredient lists, text-to-speech playback, and CSV export. This intermediate path is suited to learners with foundational Python and web development experience.
