Elon Musk says Tesla and SpaceX are exploring a $3.5 trillion merger
Tesla and SpaceX have formed independent special committees to consider a potential merger that could create a company valued at about $3.5 trillion. Elon Musk says he will not participate in committee discussions, and stressed that no deal has been agreed and a merger may never happen.
