Starshield systems are owned and controlled by the US government. Any limits on speed or usage are decided by the US military and ultimately POTUS.
Starlink is a commercial service owned and controlled by SpaceX. Usage of Starlink is limited to civilian or defensive activities
Elon should remove it all together. It might make profiteering elites like you rethink your enthusiasm for sending the poor, desperate and illegally press ganged to theor deaths.
This post proves that:
1. Ukraine is at the mercy of Elon Musk.
2. Elon Must & US can cut starlike of any nation anytime.
3. Starlink and SpaceX will take away autonomy of many nations.
