Let’s not forget that you single handily erased $35b of FICO’s market cap…we done…that may be most damage a government official has ever done. Imagine if you had put your efforts into actually solving the affordable housing crisis instead of fulfilling your personal vendetta?- People keep wondering why FNMA keeps trading lower, the reason is that by going to a single LPLA grid you are effectively forcing these agencies to eat the increased credit risk implicit in using a vantage score for a mortgage. At the end of the day tax payers backstop this risk.
