"The hero archetype has two sides. On the one hand it provides the impetus for personal emancipation, contributing to the success of western culture. On the other hand it has given rise to present day hubris and expansionism. The article investigates the dark side of the unconscious heroic worship. Our civilization is under the spell of an illusion of heroism causing a collective hubris and fixation on principles, to the detriment of the personal values of the heart. As portrayed in myth, the hero must be allowed to die.

""Abstract: The myth of the cosmic giant has often been considered in the past as a universal archetype, because it could be found everywhere in the world. But if one wants to focus on the precise distribution of the myth in space and in time, we must recognize that the myth is Indo-European and has recently spread around the world.
Keywords: Puruṣa, Ymir, cosmic giant, cosmogony, 2Enoch, apocryphal stories.

In this lecture we wander in the woods of Little Red Riding Hood and the Wolf in order to investigate the systems of parasitic relationships and the way that these may be associated with space and architecture. During our journey we meet Lucian, J.Derrida, M. Serres, M. Heidegger and other important adults, who deal - sometimes amusingly and sometimes in bloody clashes with the evil Hunter, the cunning Grandma's Hood, the Homeless of the city and the faculty of Architecture. Leaving the complex chains of the legendary Forest we may reach to conclusions not only considering the role of the Wolf, but most important, about our role amid the urban complexity that is broken down into one-way relationships, relationships with primordial mystery, relationships that are almost symbolic. Parasitic relationships."
