How might AI and technology be used to address real world healthcare challenges? Earlier this year, the M&T Charitable Foundation partnered with Demond Martin and WellWithAll to answer that question by launching the WellWithAll Prize, a nationwide search for innovators leveraging technology to bring health breakthroughs to the communities that need them most. On October 15th, five finalists took the stage at WellWithAll Demo Day to showcase solutions designed to improve access to care and remove barriers for the people and communities they serve. They're instructing victims to cut the card then mail it or hand it over to someone claiming to represent the bank. This is a SCAM! The chip can remain functional and may be used by the fraudsters for unauthorized withdrawals. Remember: M&T Bank will never ask you to cut, mail, or surrender your debit or credit card as part of any account security process. If someone contacts you claiming to be from the bank and asks for your card, card chip, PIN, or personal information: ✅Hang up or stop communication immediately ✅Contact M&T Bank directly using the number on the back of your card or from M&T's official website ✅Report any suspicious activity right away Stay vigilant. Fraudsters continue to evolve their tactics, but awareness is one of the best ways to protect yourself.

In Connecticut, we're committed to supporting our communities as a returning presenting sponsor of the Norma Pfriem Breast Center's Pink Pledge Campaign. This community-wide initiative raises critical funds and awareness to help ensure all women have access to high-quality breast health services and compassionate care, regardless of their ability to pay. Throughout the month, employees are also participating in activities including the Strides for Strength Walk and 5K. In Delaware, we proudly sponsored and participated in the 15th annual Dewey Goes Pink charity event, helping support the Delaware Breast Cancer Coalition's Sussex County programs, which provide resources, outreach, and education for individuals and families affected by breast cancer.
