About us
As one of the original firms, we’ve never lost sight of the fact that consulting is a people business. A global partnership in more than 40 countries, our people make us who we are. We’re individuals with different passions and strengths who take as much joy in the work we do as from those we work with. Our strategic operations heritage means we’ve always known that a plan is only as good as the outcome it inspires. In practice, our teams bring the perspective, understanding, and hands-on know-how to build the future as you see it. Working together we’ll see big ideas through to working realities, helping you move from keeping up to breaking through. By your side, we deliver—value, results, impact. --- There has been a significant increase in fraudulent outreach and phishing attempts across the recruiting landscape. Europe’s data center future is not only a question of capacity. It is also a question of sovereignty and how Europe manages dependencies across the technology stack. Kearney’s four stages show the path: exposed dependency, managed dependency, sovereign control, and strategic leverage. The goal is not to own everything. It is to reduce exposure, build choice, and control what matters while pursuing leadership where Europe is strongest. Curious what happened at NYC Climate Week 2026? Angela Hultberg, Karina Toy, Anya Gandy, and Fred Copeman came back with four takeaways from the field. The tools, technologies, and commitments are increasingly on the table, but turning them into lasting progress is much harder. The next phase comes down to execution: the economics, operating models, partnerships, and capabilities needed to move beyond pilots. Read all four takeaways: https://bit.ly/4yjHfdV

When a new CEO is brought in to lead a turnaround, the mandate is clear: improve performance, strengthen the business, and deliver results that last. For Pure Fishing CEO Dave Allen, that meant launching an end-to-end supply chain cost-out and turnaround program—while building the foundation for long-term value creation. We’re proud to be a trusted partner to Dave and the Pure Fishing team, helping turn critical leadership priorities into measurable outcomes.

What makes you stop, browse, and buy when you travel? A product you’ve been looking for? An influencer recommendation? Or someone who takes the time to understand what matters to you? That human connection is part of what makes luxury special. AI and data can help brands and retailers build on it by making interactions more personal and relevant before, during, and after the journey. At TFWA World Exhibition & Conference in Cannes, Victor Graf Dijon von Monteton and Alex Liu explored what this could mean for the future of travel retail. Physical AI and robotics will not simply remove work. They will change it. That was one of the key takeaways from the roundtable we convened at the Economist Enterprise – Events Physical AI and Robotics Summit, where Kearney was proud to be a Diamond Sponsor. Executives across leading firms explored what it will take to move from promising technology to real-world impact. Four themes stood out: - Jobs will be redesigned: people will increasingly oversee workflows and robot-enabled processes. - Data is a critical constraint: physical AI depends on large volumes of high-quality, real-world data. - Ecosystems will be essential: no single provider can own the full technology stack. - Integration is what creates value: hardware needs to connect meaningfully with the wider operating system. The opportunity is significant, but realizing it will require more than advanced machines. It will require new operating models, stronger data foundations, and collaboration across the ecosystem.
