Before inviting the estate agents (as realtors are called in UK English) around to take some flattering advertising photos, most sensible house-sellers make the effort to hide away any embarrassing items of personal decoration from the camera’s unforgiving gaze. If you have a large shrine devoted towards worshiping Satan in your bedroom, then you dismantle all the candles, incense-burners, and goblets containing raw cattle-entrails, and store them away in a shoebox under your bed to avoid deterring any potential purchasers. What if the first interested party to click on your illustrated listing happens to be the Bishop of Leicester?
One unnamed recent hopeful house-seller in the English county of Lincolnshire was less careful, blithely leaving a room devoted towards National Socialist memorabilia on full photographic display upon the popular domestic house-selling websites of Zoopla, Rightmove, and Purple Bricks. Clearly thinking an Englishman’s home is his Castle Wolfenstein, the vendor saw no reason to hide his tastefully arranged displays of WWII-era rifles, Wehrmacht helmets, SS posters, ceremonial swords, Reichsadler Nazi eagle banners, and more. I dare not think what he kept in his shower-unit.

As the host used to ask on old UK TV gameshow Through the Keyhole, “Who would live in a house like THIS?” Rudolf Hess, probably.
House of Ill Repute
Let us be fair to the houseowner. Simply possessing Nazi memorabilia and an entire wall full of large blades does not necessarily mean you are a Nazi yourself. He could simply have been an innocent military history enthusiast or a serial killer. The Internet is not terribly fair, however, with a shocked user on chat-site Reddit highlighting the Nazi display after spotting the home listed for sale online whilst browsing. Many users found it amusing, comparing it to the classic episode of the 1990s Anglo-Irish sitcom Father Ted when the title-character blunders into another priest’s locked spare room, finding it filled with giant swastika flags, SS uniforms, and a dementia-ridden, Sieg Heil-ing 1940s German soldier. Other Reddit posters were rather less amused, one scolding sourly that:
I’m speechless and horrified. I would like to know what the estate agents thought about doing the viewing and seeing that room. You would think they would say it would be a good idea to put your **** memorabilia away when trying to sell your house … I would refuse to take the property on if I were an estate agent and saw that in a home.
He couldn’t even bring himself to write the word “Nazi,” just four asterisks: what an absolute ****.
At first, it appeared as if the online agencies involved had no qualms about facilitating a sale, listing the house-price at £190,000. Nobody had objected back in 2016, when a terraced house in the Welsh city of Swansea which famously looks like Hitler was advertised for rent for the bargain sum of £85 per week (it should have been £88). OK, if the estate agent had turned up and seen what was lurking under Fred West’s patio or down in Josef Fritzl’s basement, they would have had every right to object, but this was probably nothing suspicious at all, just the home of a harmless hobbyist.
But why should it matter if the house-seller even was a Nazi or not? Holding dodgy views about Hitler should be no bar to participating in the housing market. Presumably Kanye West is still allowed to flog his own mansion, once he eventually needs to move into the Beverly Hills mental asylum full-time?
He may not be permitted if he tries to sell it with the Zooplas of this world. Following online outrage, the Nazi-themed Lincolnshire property was removed from sale on all such sites immediately. Presumably the owner will still be legally able to sell it privately, but that’s hardly the point. Contacted for comment by broadsheet The Daily Telegraph, an in-house realtor agency censor said “As soon as we became aware of the offensive imagery, we immediately took steps to remove it and we’ve spoken to the estate agent marketing the property to let them know the action that we’ve taken.” You mean you phoned them up and said “Hello, we’ve massively over-reacted?”
The Canary In the Mein Kampf
Is this even legal? It appears so. The UK Citizens’ Advice Bureau’s online guide to “Problems With Buying and Selling a Home” has no specific section on what to do if your house is deemed too **** for sale by a random Reddit user, but it does advise that, under the terms of the UK’s Equalities Act 2010 piece of DEI-type legislation, it would be wholly illegal for an uppity estate agent to refuse to sell a property due to the vendor’s race, religion, or sexuality. Yet political beliefs like Nazism are not listed as protected characteristics under terms of the Act, meaning Zoopla et al could do what they liked here in this particular instance.
As religion is a protected characteristic under terms of the Act, however, where would this leave someone trying to sell a home full of items of, say, an explicitly Islamofascist nature? Would Rightmove have withdrawn the listing if it had been a Hamasnik home, full of Palestine flags and framed portraits of the Al Aqsa Brigade? As Hamas members also often revere Nazi iconography, what would Zoopla do if the Lincolnshire vendor, whom everyone automatically presumes must be white, actually steps forward and turns out to be the ghost of Yahya Sinwar?
In the unlikely event the householder truly is a Nazi, he might not get too much mainstream public sympathy. But this dismissive attitude is short-sighted for persons of any and all political persuasions. Ruining someone’s financial future by boycotting the easy sale of their house has potential to become the new debanking.
That baleful phenomenon first took off in the wake of the Charlottesville Rally back in 2017, when organizations like PayPal suddenly stopped processing payments upon behalf of various alleged US-based neo-Nazi websites and individuals, whether they really were neo-Nazi in nature or not (and many were not). But this dire trend soon spread out to encompass many other perfectly blameless figures broadly classed as being on the Right over in Britain too, like democratically elected anti-Reform UK politician Nigel Farage and prominent free-speech campaigner Toby Young. In Germany, the closed-borders AfD Party has suffered similar acts of debanking repeatedly—they’re also considered “Nazis” by some absolute bankers on the contemporary Left, even though they’re not.
Many Leftists wouldn’t care at this point, simply sitting back and laughing at the fate of their ideological enemies. But then, on 30 June, far-Left UK news outlet The Canary just became the latest outlet to be debanked, by its financial provider Lloyds, for unspecified reasons; the site suspects it is due to its frequent pro-Palestinian content, which a faceless back-room analyst sitting away somewhere within Lloyds Banking Corporation perhaps considers to be antisemitic. So, someone wrongly thought The Canary’s staff were all Nazis too.
In an ironic reversal of the usual old Pastor Martin Niemöller poem, “First they came for The Daily Stormer, and I did not speak out because I was not a fascist. Then, one day, they came for us anti-fascists here at The Canary, and there was no-one left to speak out for us. . .”
Whilst I do not support The Canary’s politics, as I am not Hasan Piker, I do support its right not to be debanked. And, if newfound financial hardship forces the site’s owners into having to sell their own legally owned real-estate property to be able to pay the outlet’s staff properly, following Lloyds’ oversensitive actions, I support them having the right to do that also. Just like I support the right even of fascists to be able to buy and sell their own houses.
Nazis need living space too. If you deny it them, the problems can become quite serious—just look at what happened in Poland.

First off, if you’re leaving your entrail goblets laying about when you’re not performing black mass, that’s a health hazard, and honestly should be a concern, and probably means you have other slovenly and unsanitary habits prospective buyers should be cautious of.
There’s a scene of a goat-slaughtering witch negro in The Devil’s Advocate. This would absolutely be acceptable in this cancer of jew york city with the customary financial payout to Horsegums.
“Holding dodgy views about Hitler”
The ‘tache-man bad’ rhetoric is dated boomer slop. You don’t have to go full Savitri Devi but it should be common knowledge by now that the current world order would not exist without our supposed victory in WW2.
It is indeed slop, quite outdated indeed, and barely fresher than “put the kibosh on the Kaiser” – and it’s still quite common, unfortunately.
…like democratically elected anti-Reform UK politician Nigel Farage…
Perhaps the satire is too deep for me.
I’ve heard that farage was Enoch Powell’s driver. Can only imagine what the latter must think of the former or the current state of England.
Never heard that about Farage. As far as the state of England is concerned, people in glass houses shouldn’t throw stones.
I’m not sure if you would even want to sell to someone bothered by a little WWII memorabilia.
In 1995, during the O.J. Simpson murder trial, the press tried to make a big deal from a hot tip that the (now-deceased) L.A. Detective Mark Fuhrman had collected some German (but also British) military medals from the Good War.
Det. Fuhrman had found O.J.’s bloody glove behind the bungalow on Simpson’s property where houseguest Kato Kaelin was then living. Kato testified that earlier in the evening the brooding ex-Negro Felon League ballplayer and Heisman Trophy winner, and then Hertz rental car spokesman, inexplicably took the young blond “surfer dude” Kato Kaelin out to go get a McDonald’s hamburger (actually a fish sandwich) in the Juice’s fancy car for no particular reason (unless the wifebeater wanted to establish an alibi with Kato just before leaving town on his airline flight).
Evidently when Kato was hanging out alone at home later on the evening of June 12, 1994, someone ran down the narrow space behind the building and the fence to avoid being seen entering the property by the limousine driver, Mr. Allan Park, who was now patiently waiting at the gate of Mr. Simpson’s Rockingham estate in Brentwood to take the tardy multi-millionaire Hertz rental car spokesman and Capricorn One (1977) movie actor to the LAX airport for the redeye flight to Chicago.
And so when that mystery person ran past in the dark in the narrow corridor behind the bungalow, shortly after the bloody double-murder, he evidently did not see the air conditioning unit jutting out of Kato’s apartment and thus crashed right into it with a great thud like a sportsball running back pushing the clock.
Kaelin testified that this earthquake-like disconcerting bang occurred at a certain time ─ i.e., just before Simpson left his home in the limousine driven by Mr. Park, which was now running a bit late to catch that airplane flight.
This timing coincides exactly after the double butchery of Simpson’s White ex-wife and her flirty young Jewish waiter friend who had gone out of his way to stop by Nicole Brown Simpson’s Brentwood apartment on Bundy Drive to return her mother’s eyeglasses, which had accidentally been left behind at the nearby Mezzaluna restaurant from earlier that evening.
But according to the 80-IQ inner-city jury seated to try the murder case in Judge Lance Ito’s court, Simpson could not have possibly murdered his miscegenating ex-wife because Det. Fuhrman had once been recorded on casette tape working on an edgy TV screenplay ─ along with some other dodgy woman with a tape recorder ─ this in a story about bad cops who often spoke the forbidden word Nïgger.
Not long after I witnessed the Simpson trial and his outrageous acquittal on TV, and before the Rockingham estate was ultimately torn down, and behind the gate to Bundy Drive where the murders happened was remodeled to look different from the street, I used to drive the murder circuit gliding around the block in my beater. I almost felt sorry for Simpson’s dog-walking neighbors getting all the unwanted attention.
